Fully computerized state-of-the-art software systems featuring MASterMind and MASweb services provide complete information on any account at the touch of a keystroke. Information available includes:

        - History of all signals logged including time sequence, dates, alarm zone
          activations, and types of protection devices used.
        - Customer reports with date and time that the system was turned on or off,
          including the name of the person who accessed the alarm system.
        - Online Dealer Access to view and manager customer accounts and alarm history.

Emergency Recovery Systems

Counterforce's North American monitoring stations provide continuous service even in cases of natural emergencies. This includes back-up power, computer, telephone and voice recorder back-up systems that meet or exceed UL & ULC requirements. This ensures full operation of the station through both long and short term power outages.
